Toggle (toggle.social) is not Toggl

Three products share a name one letter apart. If you searched "toggle app" and landed here, this is the short version of which is which.

Toggle (toggle.social)

Toggle is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app, with the parts built to keep you scrolling switched off: Reels, Shorts, For You feeds, Explore, suggested posts, like counts and more, chosen app by app. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working. It can also block the real apps with Apple's Screen Time, so the clean version is the one you open. On the App Store it is listed as "Toggle: Block Reels", seller Wolk Creative LLC; there is also a free Chrome extension for the desktop sites. This site, toggle.social, is its home. Start with Toggle for iPhone or the FAQ.

Toggl (toggl.com)

Toggl is a time tracking and capacity planning tool for teams, best known for Toggl Track. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, was founded in 2006 and also makes Toggl Hire, a skills-based hiring platform. Nothing on toggle.social is about Toggl, and Toggl has no connection to Toggle. For time tracking, go to toggl.com.

Toggle VPN (toggle.org)

Toggle VPN is a VPN service from Toggle Inc., sold at toggle.org for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux and smart TVs. Toggle (toggle.social) is not a VPN and doesn't route your traffic: inside it you connect to each social site directly, as a browser would (how Toggle works).

Telling them apart

Toggle with an "e" at toggle.social is the social media app. Toggl without it is the time tracker. If a page mentions Reels, Shorts or For You, it's about this Toggle; if it mentions timesheets or billable hours, it's about Toggl.
