What Toggle is

Toggle is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app, with the parts built to keep you scrolling switched off: Reels, Shorts, For You feeds, Explore, suggested posts, like counts and more, chosen app by app. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working. It can also block the real apps with Apple's Screen Time, so the clean version is the one you open.

Each service opens as its own mobile website inside Toggle, signed in with your own account, restyled with a native tab bar and header. Toggle has no account system; logins stay on the iPhone. How Toggle works has the longer explanation.

Toggle is not Toggl, the time tracker. See Toggle is not Toggl.

Founder

Josh Wolk builds Toggle alone, through Wolk Creative LLC. He also made Map Club, a projection-mapping tool that runs in the browser. He is reachable at hello@toggle.social.

Boilerplate

Toggle (toggle.social) is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app, with the feeds built to keep you scrolling switched off. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working, and the real apps can be blocked with Apple's Screen Time. Toggle was released on the App Store on October 12, 2026, and is made by Josh Wolk through Wolk Creative LLC. A free Chrome extension does the same on desktop sites.
